Unlikely anything will happen to E+ seat assignments. (due OLCI with bags to be checked at the airport)
The bag waiver is going to be the most difficult. Without the elite present will not happen, with the elite /OP present there is a small chance the agent will waive the fee but go with the expectation you will be paying.
For Premier access, use the BPs issued during OLCI. (Don't show or surrender them to the airport agent while checking the bags.)
