Trust me, you'll want to make the 90 - 110 mile drive back to CMH if you're into good fares. I made Platinum in June flying A class fares out of CMH that were much cheaper than the best fare (LUT) out of CVG.

You will also want to consider Dayton. Use CVG only when flying on award travel as a departure arrival airport.
