This is the important part. You have to let the crew know you want to eat later in the flight so they keep your choice otherwise it does go into the crew meal pool. The crew aren't mind readers.

IIRC from previous threads on meal allocations although there is 130% catering it does not mean 130% of all meals. It means that if F had a cabin of 10 then it would have 13 meals loaded (yes I know there aren't 10 seats in F but it's easier for the maths!) spread between the options
