actually i am curious about this because on some longhauls (LHR - LAX) there are times the second meal options arent great or wont work with my diet of the week but know i cannot go back and order any options from earlier in the flight.

kind of been annoying because it is never an issue with say qantas or cathay to have meals "out of order"
