Without a lot more information, it is impossible to say whether there might be a refund and if so, for how much. So, as a starting point, call UA and ask the simple question.

As others note, you won't have a lot of trouble finding someone to swap for a free upgrade, but that, of course means no refund to you (or your employer, it the employer paid).
