Singapore First Class LAX-ICN-SIN

So I did end up going from LAX-ICN-SIN! Even the boarding pass was LAX-SIN. This is my second time flying Singapore First Class, and looked forwarded to it. The staff are as friendly, helpful, and funny as usual. The soft and hard product are fantastic, and kept in great shape.

We ended up busing to a far away remote terminal at LAX, and was able to taxi across a gorgeous Cathay Pacific plane. Love their green stripe.

The caviar was delicious! No fishy smell: mild, salty, and very creamy.

I finished a bottle of Krug, and worked on the Dom. I just couldn't match the legendary 8 bottles on FlyerTalk.

Chicken Ginseng Soup with Red Date: Mild and great way to start the course.

Salad, scrumptious. They turned on the red ambient light, sorry for the reddish photos. Unfortunately, my wide angle camera lens electronic contact died, and had to switch to a 55mm lens. The photos are much smaller!

Boston Lobster Thermidor from LAX. It was delicious! Tender, fresh, and just right on seasoning without being too fatty.

Sorbet for dessert.

I only had 2 hours of sleep on my previous Hawaiian Airlines flight, and after a bottle of Krug, it was nap time. I slept for 8 hours straight for much needed sleep.

Pre arrival course with a delicious egg salad. This was really good!

Book the cook Stir Fried Chilean Sea Bass: fresh, tender, and fatty. The flavoring was on pointe.

This is the book the cook Mustard Crusted Lamb Loin for my ICN-SIN flight. Online it was listed as late supper, but the flight flew out around 12:05AM. The in flight menu was all breakfast options, so I elected to have the crusted lamb around 4:05AM for breakfast Abit on the tough side, but the flavor was delicious.

Hope you guys like it so far! Singapore First is still my favorite flight by far. I'm currently at the SilverKris Lounge waiting for the next flight, SIN-CGK on Singapore First also.
