Eco light for flights to/from destinations outside Europe is a quite new fare (started in June). Officially even HON/SEN/*G don't get free checked-in luggage and seat reservation - similar to the Eco light fare within Europe. But there are no restrictions about the meals. That dare rules are part of the ticket contract.
But in fact HON/SEN/*G get one free checked-in luggage (23kg). Not only at LX, but within the LH Group. They call it "goodwill". Maybe there are *A rules or contracts, which persuade them to do that. But as UA and AC started to offer the same kind of fare as well, the "goodwill" may come to an end sooner or later.
So, yes, it's a risk. If you should take it depends on the difference of the Eco light and the Eco Saver pricing from my point of view.
