I'm coming up on my first post-IT integration SNA stay, next Friday in London. I applied three SNAs to the (BRG) reservation prior to the integration.
Quick question: are the 'you've been upgraded' and/or 'we're working on your upgrade request' emails still being sent out? I would have expected one for next Friday by now either way, but just curious what the process is now. Thanks!
