@wkndtraveler, thanks for the review, that is appreciated. Bottom line, good hotel but so-so elite recognition, by the book but nothing more. For Marriott/SPG Platinum or Hyatt Globalists guests, sounds like Sheraton Pran Buri or Hyatt Regency Hua Hin remain possibly superior options (?) not having compared first hand myself. Unlimited drinks during happy hour and several category villa upgrade from basic room at Sheraton Pran Buri, and full Club Lounge access at Hyatt Regency.
