My experience is that priority boarding IS enforced at OSL and at domestic destinations in Norway, but the problem is that if one arrives a bit late for priority boarding, i.e. after general boarding has started, one has to wait to board last. SAS should have a two-line system, with priority boarding possible also after opening general boarding,
