Thailand Elite normally uses the same lane as TG Fast track but I have, once or twice, been taken through the Premium Lane....not sure why. Its a bit of a hike from the Premium Lane desks to the Thailand Elite lounge where I wait for my luggage to be delivered so I guess that's why they try to use the TG Fast Track whenever possible.
