We can’t get enough of Paris! We’re spending the Thanksgiving holiday there, staying at the Hotel Scribe. We stayed at the Hyatt Vendome last year and really liked the area.

I recently has an exceptional fois gras which made me remember how much I like it and that it’s been years since I had great fois gras (that was at the Victor restaurant, I went back there on another trip and it wasn’t the same).

Anyhow, I’m again looking for restaurant recommendations, especially for fois gras.
