Not sweet, alcohol forward with nice depth. Basically everything the AC Signature Cocktail isn't. But to be fair, we are at sea level.
Edit: And there is a flying element to this as I'm drinking this while the Air France crew (I think) are checking out of the hotel.
Well, had I known a "a boozy cherry" would be involved, I might have found a way to YVR for this event.
Seems to me between the cherry, the "Bourbon barrel aged maple syrup and burnt orange" and the CX crew, you're in a good spot. ^
