I think you are including Cathay Pacific and EVA in your Chinese carries definitions.There is absolutely nothing outstanding about business class on mainland China carriers, and even less so about their coach product. Even my Chinese friends don't fly mainland China carriers unless they absolutely have to.
We can discuss whether the mainland carriers are better, same, or worse than SK. That is a point for discussion, but to call anything they do outstanding is just hilarious.
