Recent Titan from Catania to LGW in Y. The crew were very good, although efficient rather than hugely personable as the best BA crew can be. It stood out to me how safety concious they were, really checking every row for seat belts fastened during turbulence, floor clear in exit rows and spotting small bags deliberately concealed far under the seats where experience suggests BA would not. They seemed particularly concerned with the window (ie door) seats in the exit rows, politely asking an elderly lady in 13F to swop with 13D. I suppose my time will come soon too, but being in 12C meant I was not in the window seat, thus avoiding embarrassment which my slightly younger wife would have relished.
