First, greetings from a lurker...I've been reading the board for several months but finally had a question that I couldn't find the answer to by searching.

I've got a trip in September coming up from DFW to a small town in Belgium. I've got several possible itineraries:
DFW - LHR - AMS followed by train
DFW - JFK - BRU followed by car or train
DFW - CDG - Hi-speed train with AA flight # which I can book directly through AA

Since the train has an AA Flt# and is booked through them, do you get miles for this?
