You have not identified the source of the problem and there may be some here who could help you if you would provide that information.

As fair warning to others, be very careful in selecting a TA. While a TA should not be necessary, when you do use one, you need one who can and will provide appropriate customer service and when it has made a mistake, will fix that mistake.
