The issue is that it should be my choice as the data subject and consumer of the CIFAS protection to make that decision. Now, if I want CIFAS because it meets my needs and would like BA to reimburse the cost of that then that might be a sensible way forward, but unilaterally imposing CIFAS on everyone affected is not a sensible way forward.
