That's because they are branded as MLL's/Departure lounges
NOT Arrival lounges. The distinction is quite clear in my mind what is offered in one and not the other. It's an additional expense to offer the drycleaning/pressing service and have you forgotten that AC is in CCAA protection??

You just answered your own question. It depends on each person's timetable and preferences. Might I suggest you invest in Monte Carlo simulation software so you can test your hypotheses and all potential outcomes.
