Both the original query and the need for this thread utterly confound me.

First, I’d have expected the OP to simply ask this question in the Westin SFO Master thread—where it belongs. Creating a spurious thread to discuss a vague quantity specific to one hotel seems completely unnecessary. The fact that the hotel in question doesn’t even have a hotel shuttle reinforces that this thread never should have been started in the first place or should be merged into the Westin SFO Master thread. Or closed.

Second, I’d think it would be obvious common sense for anyone to know that use of a hotel’s airport shuttle would be restricted to hotel guests. This strikes me as unfortunate entitlement. Take an Uber.
