Was the sports bar part of the hotel whose shuttle you were using?

BTW, I think my answer would be different at airports where some airport fee pays for shared shuttle routes. It's certainly different at LHR where passengers pay for the shuttle service so that it's basically just like an expensive and somewhat fancy/convenient public bus.
