Is it impossible to get a response from BA Customer Service?
I have an outstanding EU261 claim with BA, over a month old now and I need to communicate with them. They don't reply to messages even though they are sent to the link they provided, and when I call (opening hours 1300-1700h only!) at the end of the loop it hangs up on me because they are too busy (try working a full day maybe?) before telling me to log my issue on ba.com (which I have already done.)
I knew it was going to be bad but not this bad!
