To be fair, the London Lounge is convenient to several gates. If you got a gate in the far reaches of T3, in the high 30s or 40s, yes, it is quite the hike.

Of course, it could be worse, your gate could be out where UA flights tend to leave, which is even farther than where most AC flights leave from. . .

The only cleaning operation I know of at LHR is the one of your wallet!!
