I've also been to the Starbucks plenty of times during prime breakfast hours and had no wait at all. But my strong recommendation is to get breakfast, at least some days of your stay, at the Whale Tail. Nice waterside location, good food and drinks, comfortable seating, and sometimes live entertainment.
