I'm guessing you're on BA7017 at 13:10 so cold dinner: warm bread, appetiser, a main course salad and a dessert.

By way of example here is this week's menu:

Bresaola, tomato & turmeric houmous (appetiser)

Grilled tiger prawns with a Thai glass noodle, sprig onion, celery and tomato salad served with an Asian dressing
or
Spicy pulled beef with water chestnuts, carrots and crispy onions served with a chilli, lime and lemongrass dressing

Milk & dark chocolate mousse cake with raspberry coulis

you seem to know about the LCY bands - I don't have a clue and it would be nice to know if you could share them!
