UA often loads flights onto the schedule between T-337 and T-335, but they don't typically have anything but full-fare inventory until T-330 or later. You may need to hope that this fare gets extended again.
So just out of curiosity, I tried issuing a few earlier set of dates in July/August for SFO-(LH)-MUC-(LH)-LIS / LIS-(TP)-LHR-(UA)-SFO and while it prices correctly, when it comes to issuing the ticket it isn't working. I called up UA websupport (US not PH) for several different dates and they said LH kept on refusing though the fare is valid and the fare bucket is open, in particular MUC-LIS LH doesn't want to give out. They said it could be that the overall fare is lower than what LH wants to sell this for. So odd! They tried both on codeshare and on LH-native and neither would work.
So I'll stick to what I currently managed to ticket which was on UA code-share on the way back via MUC so at least I get the cheap fare, even if not on native flight #s .
