... until AS decides to nuke Gold benefits for G/T/R fares, requiring K or better for free changes/cancels/upgrades/exit row seating. At that point... well, I'd say 3/4s of my travel on AS is in a fare class under K. Buh-bye. I might as well fly NK or the cheapest routing if I'm going to be treated like I am flying NK. And a lot of my flights are on WN routes, where I can by the cheap cheapiest ticket and still get to cancel or change it for free.
