Here is an excerpt from current PDF:
Re: Trip Cancellation & Interruption Protection
“...If a Trip is cancelled, interrupted or extended for a covered reason (see “What’s Covered”), You may be reimbursed up to $3,000 per Covered Traveler per Trip.
It must be a reduction in benefits, when the card first came out it was $5000 per passenger.
