As CIHY states, you're working from the minute you report. Uniform guidelines are meant to be adhered to whenever you're actually in it. Imagine the critique of BA if all of a sudden their crew started walking through T5 on the way to report and were wearing whatever they please. I've seen it before when I worked for a certain Irish LCC.
