I stopped flying BA within Europe because of that darn table preventing me from raising the arm rest and getting more comfortable. I feel the same way. Boxed in, upright, knees against the seat in front of me.. it was a huge downgrade from economy on B6 or even DL. I understand there's a different standard here, but your "business class" product can't be inferior to Y!
