Have any non UK-registered exec club members received the latest follow-up e-mail?

My account is IE based and I have received the first two e-mails but not the third. AMEX customer service (US issued card) have confirmed to me they are fully aware of all the shenanigans and seemed to be somehow aware that my card was potentially affected.
