The chart shows 1,2,3 32 kg suitcases for Star Gold so what's confusing? Why is it 2 + 1? It shows 1,2,3. And 32 kilos vs. 23 for the one economy bag.
I cannot imagine going to Punta Cana and each person needs 100 pounds of luggage.
