No swiping at SFO or SAN 7/16.
No swiping at SAN 7/17. Swiping at SFO 7/17.

According to one of the agents at SFO, swiping is going to be required starting 7/19/04. Ironically I used the RCC in SFO after my flight home today (7/17) and they did swipe the card.
