Thought I add suggestions of best use of Chase Free night now that certificates are good at Category 4 for the US

My choice for best value is Chicago AC or Springhill Suites/Residence Inn in Chicago. You can also use it at New York City downtown locations for the most part. Feel free to add your suggestions.
