I have a Citi Premier and would like to cancel it soon and transfer my points to Virgin Atlantic. But, I'm waiting for some final points to post. My annual fee posted on 8/9 and it's 9/11. I read somewhere that they'll refund it within 37 days? At any rate, if I don't cancel within 37 days (let's say 60), is it true that they will issue a prorated refund? So after 2 months, I'd get 10/12 of the $95 fee refunded (about $79)? Thanks,
