I did a little comparison and found that the "benefit" could come out a little ahead on exactly a 2-day stay, obviously assuming you want to spend $100 on property. The rate is almost certainly going to be worse than other rates you can find, but in some places it's less than $50/nt worse, so it saves you a few bucks.
That said, I have a lot of 2-day stays in hotels where I don't spend anything there - or maybe have a couple drinks in the lobby and that's it.
Of all of the benefits of the Aspire card, this is one I would not make any assumptions about in your calculations about whether to get the card. The $250 resort benefit is straightforward - you book your best rate and the room rate counts. This one is you book their prescribed rate, and the $100 is on additional spend during that stay only.
