Upfare from WT to CW within 24 hours of purchase
Greetings,

Will BA allow me to purchase a World Traveller fare, then call in to upfare to a Club World fare within 24 hours of the original purchase? What if the initial ticket is purchased through a travel agent? Any fees involved?
