I am flying today TRN > LGW on BA2579 at 5pm. I had paid for an exit row seat (10F) and the plane was an A319 when I did this. Just noticed that it is now an A320 and my seat no longer shows as an exit row on the seat map (on expertflyer and BA app).
My question is, will I still get an exit row seat as my boarding pass still shows 10F?
Thank you in advance.
unfortunately row 10 is not an exit row on the BA A320s at LGW. your aircraft looks like one of the G-GATx series and it is rows 12-13 which are exit rows. atm 3 of the exit row window seats are free, so 12a, 13a, 13f. if you have not already checked in then change to one of those. if you have checked in you would need to call BA now and get un-checked in so you can re-select. if you do nothing you will just stay in 10f.
if you are unable to get back in to an exit row you should be able to claim a refund of the seat selection fee
