Captain Cook is just as nice as Alyeska, if not nicer. But not 'luxury' for any other part of the country. Alyeska has a nice pool, jacuzzi but it also is not 'luxury'.
You are best to look at some nice B&B, and there are those remote lodges as someone noted.
I do not think people really go for luxury stays in Alaska. If you want to spend lots of money you can take a helicopter, go to watch the bears eating fish, or do a glacier dogsled trip.
