That’s what I thought, they offer real service how it should be! But you were probably in Business class, rather in Economy. I stayed in Economy, although 8,000 Rubles was not, I suppose, so unreasonable for an upgrade for a 3h20 flight. The service is what CSA Czech Airlines used to be, before they went the way of most airlines in Europe. I fear Russian airlines will follow suit in due course.
