Been using their app for ink 5x with paypal for almost a year now. Has issues before but been pretty smooth sailing the last few months.

Getting an error on the app (android and also tried on iphone) that it cannot communicate with paypal.

Spoke with their tech support... they blamed paypal, then my phone, then my other phone, then my ad block, and so on...

I can still make purchases on their website but not on the app.

Any advise?
