When OLCI opens, you will have access to any seat on the upper deck that remains unallocated.Of the ones that are currently available, I would be thinking very much of 20JK. It's a pair with a window seat that has direct aisle access at an emergency exit, but the WT+ bassinets are now behind row 22.
