Early days re what actually happened yet but the bottom line is that whatever way you look at it this has been a PR disaster for BA.
The potential ramifications for identity theft in the future are strong and real. Without going into detail I like many others have been affected, cards having to be replaced and it's a real inconvenience to be honest and a PITA. Today, I am in a BAd mood re BA losing my data.
