I also am short miles via the transfer. I sent 37,500 Marriott points to Korean Airlines. It took exactly one week to receive (longer than SPG took) and I am one mile short (received 12,499 instead of 12,500). Which, of course, makes me one mile short of the award I need.
I called twice to Marriott and one agent was about the rudest person on earth ("I can't help you, it's only online that you can transfer points." followed by "Sir, there's no such thing as one mile.") and the other put me on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up.
Anyone else not receive the correct amount of miles. I see stevie0716 mentioned being shorted some miles.
Suggestions?
