most of the experience staff left novotel melaka, and they hire those 17-19 years old kids to serve at lounge,
no proper training given and the hotel wont give them authority to handle guest request.

a few of my 2017-2018 stays also ended up leaving bad impressions to my family and friends,
issues were:
air-conditioning problem (cool air stopped after running a while, keep swapping room but this wont help because it is centralized air conditioning issue),
no platinum recognition (rejected early check in and late check out, no welcome plate, no welcome drink)
extremely late check in (normal and silver member only able to get room after 6pm, which is ridiculous)
bathroom clogged (clogged by hair)
dirty towels
poor lounge food and drink..
poor services (surprised me that most of the staffs were under age of 20..)
