This question is probably beyond scope for this group, but there might be someone here that knows, and there might be someone here who can point me to a better place to ask.

What portion of the Mount Fuji climbing season has the greatest chance of clear visibility on any given day? Or, perhaps a more relevant question would be: what 2-3 week period during the climbing season is most likely to have 1-2 clear days at some point during the period?
