Terminal 2F1 has three showers. The reception will ask for your onward boarding card in exchange for the shower room key.

Be advised that the shower rooms here don't have toliets, as was the case in the Arrivals lounge. One must go down the hall and (at peak times) wait for the restroom...this was quite an unpleasant surprise the first time it happened to me.
