On a two hour flight (generally SFO-SEA) my experience has been you get a free drink when the drink cart goes by and that's it. They're not going to provide "extra" service before the main cabin has been served. Should I expect to be served drinks at the ring of a call button (from the First Class attendant, maybe)?
