I may be wrong, but my understanding is that each property has an ambassador to assist during our stays. Nobody from Marriott has been in touch with me, but I did get all of the benefits during our weekend stay.

As far as a dedicated line, I think that's done by logging into my account and using the "Contact Us" link. If it's like other programs, the number displayed corresponds to one's status. I've had no reason to contact them for anything unrelated to the merging of my three accounts.

This thing is a mess. I'm just hoping that it all settles out, as the two programs combined now offer the most number of hotels in all of the places I go or plan to go. Hyatt's great, but locations are comparatively limited. Hilton and IHG are too inconsistent. I'm not sure where else I would stay if this thing doesn't work out. It's not comforting to see that the rollout wasn't better prepared with all of the time they had to program it.
