GGL with in full flex W (no Saturday night overnight) with W5 R9 is about as good as it gets in terms of being auspicous for an op-up (which is the case for BA283).
R9 W9 E5 on the return leg isn't too bad either, certainly within the range where it's a possibility. (This may be stating the obvious but for an op-up from WTP you want a hugely over-full economy cabin behind you, an over-full WTP cabin and a quiet business cabin in front of you. This means BA should keep the WTP fare buckets open for longer and roll forward to maximise revenue).
Both flights are still selling V class so not crazy full down the back, though on those numbers you have 2/3 for both flights.
